In-Home Entrepreneur Mission
Welcome to the In-Home Entrepreneur HUB.
Our mission here at In-Home Entrepreneur is simple: we help moms and dads in a new season of life turn their knowledge, skills, experience, ideas, and abilities into a real online business brand they can build and grow from home while earning income online.
In-Home Entrepreneur provides practical online business education, guidance, tools, resources, and support to make the business-building process easier to understand and more accessible—especially for people working with limited financial resources.
One of the main goals of the HUB is to teach you the basic process involved in establishing a business brand website:
1) How to Build It
2) How to Launch It
3) How to Grow Its Traffic
4) How to Monetize That Traffic
Along the way, you'll learn how to make informed decisions, take the necessary actions, observe the results, and improve what you're doing—one step at a time.
Who In-Home Entrepreneur Is For
You may have spent years working in the job market, raising a family, developing professional or practical skills, managing responsibilities, solving real-world problems, or gaining valuable knowledge through everyday life experiences.
Now you're in a new season of life and may be wondering: what comes next?
Maybe you have an idea that you've never pursued. Maybe there's something you know how to do that could help change or better someone's situation. Or maybe you want to create something of your own but aren't sure where to begin.
In-Home Entrepreneur was created for moms and dads who want a practical, nontechnical, and affordable way to learn about building an online business from home—and who don't have years of online business experience or a large startup budget to get started.
What matters most is being willing to learn how an online business works, apply what you learn, and keep building one step at a time—as life permits you to.
How In-Home Entrepreneur Helps You Build an Online Business
Building an online business involves more than creating a website, opening a Shopify store, building a community on Skool, posting on social media, or finding something to sell.
In-Home Entrepreneur helps make sense of the business-building process through The In-Home Entrepreneur Framework:
→ The Foundation
→ Build
→ Attract
→ Monetize
→ Grow
The Framework provides a step-by-step path for establishing the right foundation, building your online business brand, attracting the right audience, creating ways to generate revenue, and growing what works.
Along the way, In-Home Entrepreneur provides practical information and resources covering business websites, branding, content creation, SEO, digital marketing, AI tools, affiliate marketing, digital products, email marketing, and other important moving parts and technologies involved in building and operating an online business. This is what makes In-Home Entrepreneur a HUB—a unique, centralized resource center for small digital business owners.
The purpose of the HUB isn't to teach you to copy what everyone else is doing on the Web—that type of noise has been around as long as I've been online, since 2008. The purpose is to give you a place where you can cut through that noise, find useful information, resources, tools, and a private Insider community in one location, and figure out how to apply what you learn here to the business brand you're building online.
Why In-Home Entrepreneur Exists
In-Home Entrepreneur didn't happen overnight. The idea developed and evolved over more than five years, gradually taking shape as the vision behind it became clearer.
Its roots go back to around 2008 and nearly two decades of hands-on experience learning about online business, building business websites, experimenting with digital marketing, and exploring different ways to earn income online.
That journey included working with website-building platforms, domain registrars, and hosting providers such as Weebly, GoDaddy, and Namecheap, along with experimenting with different online business programs, systems, opportunities, tools, and strategies.
It also led to the creation of several business websites over the years, including HomeBasedBusinessSeekers.com, InternetAmateurHubMedia.com, TheHub.com, 2StartABizOnline.com, and KevinRoss.com.
Not every idea worked, and some worked better than others. But every website I built, business idea I tested, platform I explored, strategy I tried, and mistakes I made added to my understanding of how an online business actually works.
Over nearly two decades, that hands-on experience helped me develop a much broader understanding of websites, branding, marketing, technology, generating income online, and the many different pieces involved in building and operating a digital business.
Eventually, I realized all of that knowledge and experience could be brought together in one place and used to help others understand the process without having to spend years figuring everything out on their own. That idea became In-Home Entrepreneur—a unique centralized HUB for learning how to build, operate, and grow an online business brand.
A Different Approach to Building an Online Business
In-Home Entrepreneur isn't built around promises of overnight success, getting rich quickly, or following the latest online business trends. Building a real business takes learning, patience, action, good decisions, and time. It also takes more than making money.
At In-Home Entrepreneur, a prosperous online business is:
Ethical +
Useful +
Built Around a Real Audience +
Sustainable +
Profitable
That means creating something that provides genuine value, treating people responsibly, understanding the audience the business serves, and developing something that can realistically continue over time.
It also means remembering that business is only one part of life. Build the business around your life, not your life around the business.
That's Life-Work Balance—the In-Home Entrepreneur way.
