“If you build it, they will come” is a phrase that means people will come to you if you create something they need or want, rather than you having to go to them. It’s often used in business settings to describe how people will use and pay for something you build.
The phrase comes from the 1989 Kevin Costner movie, Field of Dreams, where the character Ray (Kevin Costner) hears the voices of baseball legends in a corn field (the actual says) “If you build it, he will come”.

The higher the prices are for the web-based services and tools you need to build and grow your digital business. Means, the more you’ll pay for those resources, and the more you pay, means the more money the company or business makes.
Achieving success with a digital business doesn’t require an expensive, stylish, or an elaborate website. Common sense tells me that not every aspiring entrepreneur has a good paying job, or inherited a large estate or fortune to depend on; not to mention, they aren’t middle class or wealthy.
